Our modified hothouse is one of a kind in Australia and has the ability to produce figs throughout the winter months. When winter comes to an end we begin harvesting our outdoor summer crop, ensuring our customers have continuous supply. In 2011, we introduced Forbidden Figs™, which is our premium line of hothouse figs. Due to the controlled conditions in which they are grown, our indoor figs have a beautiful consistency of size, colour and flavour, which outperform any other fig on the market.
